We inspire the achievement of success and importance of setting goals through our Core ‘4’ Programs: Mentoring, Academics, Athletics and Community Service. We are dedicated to building the society and molding our youth for the future demonstrating true ethics of LEADERSHIP. OUR MISSION is dedicated to the optimistic development of youth in the community; through personal guidance, educational encouragement and self-accountability. We set emphasis on academic triumph, self-self-esteem, and social competence to improve their perspective of life. The primary focus of the organization is through the Mentoring and Academic encouragement; our outreach strategies are centered on Community Service and Athletics; keeping the mind engaged to moderate negative energy. We cultivate the interest of the organization and our programs to benefit the youth in the communities.

The Alliance of Elite Youth Leadership (A.E.Y.L.) is a qualified 501(c) (3) charitable organization as described by IRS Code 7.25.3.1.1.
